Like a woman who is subjected to violence. Like a doll.
She endures, without batting an eyelid and always remains there, waiting for us. Ready to forgive.
And we continue to slap her.
We bruise her but we will never be able to kill her.
But she is always there. Hosting us. Waiting for us. Patiently.
She knows that we will never change and that the damage we are doing is to ourselves, not to her.
We will cease to exist. Not her.
